The urban villa with six modernly equipped apartments in Zadar, in the Plovanija area, with a sea view, was built from high-quality materials and with special attention to detail. Attention was paid to every detail, from the landscaped exterior with a Mediterranean garden to the top-of-the-line interior.
The new build included the construction of two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 70 m2 to 132 m2, ideal for an extremely comfortable family life. Each apartment has two parking spaces.
The first-floor apartments are embellished with balconies with wooden pergolas, and the second floor has spacious roof terraces. The entire urban villa has a unique view of the sea and the Zadar archipelago.
The Mediterranean garden includes a lawn with permanent olive trees and carefully selected plants, surrounded by a stone wall that provides an additional level of privacy.
Special attention was paid to the selection of the location when implementing the project. The villa is located in the central part of the city, in the Plovanija area. All parts of Zadar are only a five-minute drive away.
The area is less densely populated, surrounded by a green belt zone. The villa was built on elevated terrain, which ensured a magical, romantic view of the entire city.
