As we like to approach each project proactively, with a lot of enthusiasm, while was still in its infancy, we were thinking about the name of the same.
Everyone in the team is always involved, because each of us has an idea, a thinking that is taken, argued and discussed. At one of the morning briefings, FAMILY LIVING was adopted unanimously...
So let's start in order....
Location
The project is located in the neighborhood of Skročiia. In some ancient times, it was somehow remote, even the outskirts of the city, to us Zadarans. Back then, our Zadar was much smaller, so neighborhoods like Plovanija, Melada, etc. were unattractive. Everything was happening in the innermost city center or Višnjik, so the vast majority of our customers wanted only those locations... With expansion, growth, new infrastructure, little by little, the outskirts of Vidikovac, even Skročini, became some of the more desirable places for buying real estate. Things have simply changed... In the vicinity of the FAMILY LIVING project, there are all the important facilities for a perfect family home (Bartola Kašić elementary school, kindergartens, shops...). On the official website of the City of Zadar, a projection of the sports-recreational area, specifically the future athletics-football center and Skročini camp, was published. It will especially enhance and give added value to the entire residential complex Skročini, including the FAMILY LIVING project. Among other things, it is planned to build a swimming pool with hydrotherapy, more grass and other fields for specialized training of football players, a whole green zone that is missing in that part of the city.
Family and family housing
They say we live in a packaging culture that despises content. Family Living is not that story. It is a small residential building, consisting of a ground floor, two floors and a roof terrace, located on a land area of 1200m2. It contains nine residential units that offer the perfect combination of comfort and modern design. Each floor has one one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments, which meet the different needs of our customers. The apartments on the ground floor are decorated with a garden with the addition of a loggia (one-bedroom apartment) and covered terraces + garden (two-bedroom apartments), ideal for summer get-togethers and pet owners. The one-room apartment on the first floor also has a loggia, and the covered balconies (18m2) in the two-room apartments are especially attractive and comfortable, as they surround the living space on two sides. Especially special are the apartments on the second floor, where stairs lead from the loggia and covered balconies to private roof terraces. Roof terraces are very popular if you decide to rent out the apartment during the summer months... With a little imagination, it can become a real oasis for hedonists. If you are not a fan of roof terraces, the loggia or balcony itself is spacious enough for all your guests... Let's not take too long, as we said at the very beginning, we believe and stand behind each of our projects. We strive to be better and better, while listening to your wishes and preferences...
Some of you like living in large, grandiose buildings like our IADERE NORD, while some aspire to slightly more intimate, smaller buildings, where neighbors become almost family.
